Summer is sweltering through the States, and California seems to have gotten it last. The days are filled with dry heat and a nice pacific breeze, and the nights, the cool sets its claws down on the streets, and the fog pools into the city and rests against the mountains.
I wanted to pull tracks that slightly resonate perfectly with this weather (much like last years "The Big Sigh (Warm Pacific Summer" Mix EP 238), and it became this session that was jam packed with female vocalists. This resonates a slightly siren'esque session, ranging from Bjork, Goldfrapp, Lamb, and the dramatic thunderstormed voice of Joanna Swan with Ilya (AKA: San Ilya).
