Howdy BNB'ers,
I'm back in Athens, Georgia for the week spending time with my family. They've been an amazing cornerstone during these dark days and I completely appreciate it. It's always a massive perspective change to come back home to the South from Los Angeles. The way that people move, talk, and interact broadcast out a sense of nostalgia simultaneously intertwined with a sense of unfamiliarity. There are no fast talkers, no industry hyper heads, no 'what do you do for a living', no sense of urgency.. just this smooth flow of complacency drifting through the town like a casual jellyfish glowing through the streets in a haze.
The Summer thunderstorms are out, grazing the fields with crying rain, arguing thunderclaps, and dark bruised clouds drifting through the air like heartbreaking laughter. The fire flies are out in mass, with their red bustle gowns glowing like a soft parade. Its a beautiful scene, ... so much different than the neon clamor that licks the star studded boulevards that I live on. My heart is swollen with heartache, memories, and desperate hoping for a brighter horizon up ahead.
This broadcast has no voice overs, just pure music of some of my favorite songs. I hope you enjoy. Thank you for helping me out in this time of need for TJ's passing and the his debt that I was responsible for. I'm stable and secure, and the broadcast will continue.
